This is a unique jewellery purchase plan. No refund of cash is allowed under any circumstances.
This jewellery purchase plan will not be transferable under any circumstances.
This purchase plan is for a period of 10 months.
Member can fill one application and enroll as member. Member can join multiple memberships in this plan as per his/her wish.
Monthly installments starting from Rs.1000/- to 10,000/-.
Member has to pay all 10 installments on continuous basis without fail every month.
Monthly installments to be paid on or before 20th of every month.
Monthly installments can be credited as advance payment only. Rate is not fixed.
On successful completion of this plan member allowed to buy BIS 916 Hallmark jewellery with 100% NO wastage/V.A. on accumulated advance payment as a benefit. Accumulated amount converted into 22 kt gold in grams on that days gold rate.
Members can make further advance by cash/card/local cheque/online payment. All Cheque payments will be made in favour of “CHANDANA BROTHERS SHOPPING MALL PVT. LTD.” only.
At the time of joining the plan, member must submit AADHAAR & PAN details.
Default payment is allowed only one time in entire plan period of 10 months and automatically plan period is extends one month.
If customer defaults for two months management treats that member is disqualified from the plan and loose the plan benefits automatically.
Member can redeem only at the showroom where they have enrolled. Redemption is restricted to respective branches.
In case the member wishes to purchase over and above the accumulated amount wastage/V.A. is chargeable on such excess amount.
Member have the option to redeem the amount for gold coins also.
Applicable stone charges will be collected from the customers for ornaments with Ruby, Emerald, Zircon and Diamonds cost and if any making charges.
The time period for purchase/redeem shall not exceed 365 days from the date of commencement of the plan.
The member can purchase the ornaments 30 days after the payment of last installment.
The person who has signed the scheme application form, should sign on the invoice and membership card.
CMR issues a passbook to the member. Address, Phone number and availed Gold accumulated benefits can be found in the passbook.
In case of loss of pass book/membership card member should inform the CMR management immediately without any further delay.
The applicable GST has to be fully borne by the member. In case of increase in taxes or introduction of new levies any by the Government, member has to borne.
At the time of redemption member must submit identity proof.
The member cannot availed any benefits/offers which are running in the showroom at the time of closure.
Management reserves the right to modify rules governing the plan or withdraw it at anytime without any prior notice to the member.
All disputes will be subject to competent under Visakhapatnam city jurisdiction.
